Film photography takes years of skill and experience to understand light and space, and finding the opportunities to shoot or indeed creating them on your wedding day to get that result takes a dedicated and confident professional. Yes, you can select either or a mixture.
The negatives from the camera get processed by a lab. They’re scanned and sent back to me as high resolution digital files which I can further edit in my software (usually to remove distractions or even up light / tones).
All your photos are delivered online in a personalised, secure gallery. Within your gallery are catalogues, one of which is for your 35mm film photos. Everything is downloadable within the price of your package.
I’m very experienced with shooting 35mm film and work with trusted labs. I always have multiple cameras with me and shoot digital alongside the film for backup, so your memories are safe. However film is more sensitive than digital photography and the outcome can’t be guaranteed. But light leaks and grain are all part of the joy.

It varies depending on the day, light, and moments. Each roll is 36 exposures so it depends how much I can get through. Typically you'll receive 100-120 film images alongside your full digital gallery.
